Resolution of conflicts by utilization of alternate remedies such as mediation or negotiation (In Iranian context)
- In case of any conflict with family members, relatives, partners, neighbors, etc regarding disposition, managing or administrating the joint properties or ambiguity concerning inheritance or any sort of partnership, our first recommendation and endeavor is always peaceful resolution, and we are ready to organize and facilitate such meetings in person or virtually, in English or simultaneous interpretation. Alternate remedies such as mediation are usually more effective and fairer, faster and more cost efficient compared to litigations in the court.
